I cancelled my account last month, I thought but it apparently didn't go through... So the **th I cancelled it again. Y'all took a payment for this following month that posted to my credit card on the **th. Well now since I cancelled, I'm locked out of the account. So now I'd like a refund for the payment you took the day I cancelled. I'm not paying for a month of service that I don't have access to. What kind of business practice is that?!? I have * Hulu accounts and my statement doesn't list which account it took the payment from of course, and I don't remember which one, but the email addresses are *****@***.com or *****@***.com *Thank you, *Sarah Fox-Huntley
I trust that Hulu will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
