Possibly need a modem replacement. No bad weather and all lights are on. Have had to call support * times in the first month of service. Tried to request a service call and got the run around. I should not have to repeatedly reset my modem because I get dropped from service multiple times per week. I have only called when service cannot be restored on my end. I have upload speed issues with my playstation and was told it was my playstation. Had it refurbished and all parts concerning data flow were replaced. Upload is still constant at around ***kbps. Would appreciate a call from a supervisor that can speak clear English at ***-***-****. Having repeated issues every week of being denied internet access is not in any definition reliable service
