My wife had called in because we had been experiencing horrible service and connection since day one of beginning service with HughesNet and was discussing what our options were and when she mentioned thatHughesNet was in violation of they’re end of the contract, she was hung up on and our service was terminated, and we were charged a ***.** fee. We did not confirm cancellation and need to be refunded this fee.
GetHuman-wardhous did not yet indicate what Hughesnet should do to make this right.

Called Hughesnet and spoke to a supervisor. I explained the situation and stated what needs to be done.
