The issue in GetHuman-overboar's own words
While online I got a message saying " * *Customer Care *This message is being sent to you directly from HughesNet.*We have not been able to collect payment on your account from the card we have on file.*Sometimes this can occur if your bank has changed your credit card number as a result of potential fraud. But it's easy to correct. By clicking the button below, you can make a payment and update the card information we have on file….”*(the message continued off the viewable page but I couldn’t access it with my mouse as if it was a non active page*URL, I couldn’t scroll to the “Button” below….)**What ‘s strange is it came on screen as a pop-up when I initiated my Youtube downloading program, You Tube Downloader. It seems like a scam, but what if it is legit? What should I do? PS: I am not the account owner and have no access to the acct owner's bank card info. DId you send this IP the above message?
