Your service is extremely slow, it was running good for about a week then dropped below * Mbps and never got any better. I need it to do work reports and have been having to drive ** miles to the nearest town with cellphone reception to use my hotspot to do my job. I’m not going to pay ***$ a month for something I cannot physically use and no one will fix. I called account management to have my service canceled and the lady I talked to was extremely rude and unfriendly.
GetHuman-seeliger did not yet indicate what Hughesnet should do to make this right.
