I am currently on invoice billing. Invoices are due on the **th of the month. They are still billing me for a modem returned at the end of March **** and my monthly service billings are current. I have been a paid up customer since *******. Hughes has apparently suspended my service, although I have called at least twice regarding the returned modem. They have ignored my calls and the info given to them. The customer service reps are foreign and apparently cannot work off anything other than a script. The refuse to help me with this problem other than to demand payment. They have been paid to date on my service. They do not acknowledge the problme with the returned modem.
GetHuman470956 did not yet indicate what Hughesnet should do to make this right.
