My husband and I are in the middle of separating. When he got abusive I had the front desk change the keys and make other hotel staff aware that he was no longer a guest. That was the night of the **th. Yesterday there was a mix up with extending my reservations through pipeline. When the front desk called me at noon, they said well just give you're husband a few more minutes to get everything else out of the room. He never should have been let in to begin with. When I returned, hundreds of dollars in my belongings were gone. Then last night was my second night there. I was licked out of my room for nearly an hour and a half and unable to reach any front desk personnel. Then he was extremely ride to me. They lied about my deposit and charged me for late checkout. My fridge didn't work. The sink faucet would shut off. My door lock kept quitting. My belongings were taken. My safety put in jeopardy. I was treated rudely and told I WOULD BE CHECKING OUT TODAY NO MATTER WHAT.
