I have contacted hoverboard.com several times through email and calling them with no return emails or phones calls. My daughters hoverboard has been in warranty for over a month now. They have sent an email on May **nd, May **rd, and last time I heard from them was June *st stating I would receive a tracking number that day as well as a phone call from warranty and none of this has happened. I have emailed the last * days in a row and called * times in * days and still no response. My name is Jessica my phone number is ***-***-****
