Ordered LumiSource Gripp LED lamp on ******* from Houzz. Confirmation*order * ****-****-****-****. Confirmation said order would be shipped by ****. Est. delivery ****-****. Fed Ex tracking * ************. When go to Fex Ex Tracking, says shipment was cancelled on **** by sender. My credit card has been charged $**. No lamp. Never shipped. I tried contacting Houzz via email with no response. I want a refund on my credit card. This appears to be fraud on behalf of Houzz. They get the money. I don't get the lamp. Hope you can get the refund to my card. Next step? Attorney general?
