Trying to use what I paid for! ... I’ve tried multiple times to communicate with my account specialist I’ve been a member since January and I’ve not been able to access my account because of technical difficulties and I’m tired of this frustration I want my money back and I need to know who to contact my my rep is Alex Serafin. **I have reached out multiple times to try to get this taken care of now I just want a refund because it’s been absolutely useless and a waste of time please have a management call me regarding this issue thank you

Better customer service, they should spend as much time assisting their new clients than selling it to them! Very disappointed!
Multiple times requesting resolution of this to my acct specialist or to escalate this to management have not heard anything this week, and this has been going on since the beginning. I am not faulting Alex, but this has been Time consuming frustrating and not the way that I would want to do business. I’m sure if you were in my situation you would feel exactly the same way!
