I have been trying to get several charges off my account and will dispute each one (PAYPAL) I have spent several hours e mailing your company and waiting on the phone for ** minutes just to have customer service tell me that could't help me.I compiled all the information with the exact order numbers and multiple shipments which I had to pay for returns and hav ent received credit. Since the day I placed an order with HOUZZ it has been most frustrating and and unprofessional. I have received more than ** e mails saying you tried to bill my account but it wouldn't go through. Then it went through and shipped items. Absolutely the most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever. dealt with.

This is the second time I've used HOUZZ but have dealt with other companies that aee owned by them with no problems. Spent over $***.** with this ordered got * items that I liked.
I have spent countless hours on this and will not pay the amount with my credit card and hate to do this but will make sure all the social media sites as well as the owners managers of HOUZZ get the message that customers will nit sit back and let this happen. During this difficult time for everyone I should not be treated this way and the amount that you overcharged me is a rent payment.
