I am furious about my order ******-****-****-****. It was placed on August **. I was promised delivery with *-** days. I finally received the larger ginger jar and was told that the other was being shipped from another warehouse. Yesterday I was told that I would have tracking info by the end of the day and it would be shipped out. Today I was given the same message. I want the tracking info. asap and I want it shipped. The first ginger jar had a tracking number for a week before it was shipped. This is terrible customer service and I will no longer associate with Houzz if you don't resolve this issue right away.*Elizabeth Gardner
