In November I was sent e vouchers to replace old vouchers , I had waited ages to get them and when they were finally sent saw they were e vouchers so I couldn't even spend them in store. *To cut a long story short I have had family issues since October with family members in and out of hospital and a death to deal with so things have been somewhat fraut to say the least.*I finally found time to go on line to spend my vouchers for mothers day only to find they had expired in January!! that's not even three months to expiry! I am appalled and very dissatisfied as it was £** worth.*It is impossible to talk to anyone as all the phone numbers listed on line are no longer working!! This is very poor service on your behalf, to have vouchers that have to be used within two months. *I would like someone to contact me to discuss the matter as not being able to talk to anyone is most frustrating. *I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. *Many thanks*Tina Smithers
