I placed an order for some Carvala ladies boots in a size * from House of Fraser. When I looked online, they were the only retailer to still have a size * in stock as these boots are in the sale. The delivery cost £*.** and the delivery arrived quickly, which I was pleased with. When I tried the boots on they seemed very small, and once I checked, the boots are actually a size ** not a **. I have no way of contacting House of Fraser to arrange a return, as their return policy is for customers to return goods at our own expense, even if it’s the wrong items that were received. I have been on the website and I have tried to call House of Fraser but there is no way of getting in touch with them. I need to return this order for a full refund, including postage costs.
GetHuman-natuff did not yet indicate what House of Fraser should do to make this right.
