Hi,* I write regarding an order that I placed online from House of Fraser on **********. *It is a Faux fur pockets Quilted inner coat.*Product code: **********Colour: Camel*Size: **Price: £***Order number: *********I received the above item on ***********Thw item is not as nice and fitted as I expected and saw in the picture, and it looks four size wider than the size I ordered.*Unfortunately, I did not get the time to come to return the item within ** days fro some reason, so I been to one of their branch in Birmingham City Centre after about ** days with their original receipt to exchange the item, as I know the privacy policy for returning and refund, but they refused me to get exchanged or a gift voucher regarding the item...*Now, I am kindly request to help me get exchange or a gift card to spend in store if you could,as the item is just useless for me, although this is not the right size for me to wear.**Please reply back to me as soon as possible...*Many thanks,
