Hotpoint Washing machine D and G INDESIT plan RHB******* model no *******Refund of part required**On ** August an engineer fitted a new drum to the above machine.He also fitted a new door seal and for this he charged me forty pounds.**On reflection I believe I should not have paid this and request an immediate refund of the forty pounds.**On ** August I spoke to your customer services who gave me an email address to contact I got no reply to the fist email and no reply to the second email. I contacted customer services last Friday who gave me another email address and then I received an automated reply giving me a link to use to make contact.This did not work and I have now resorted to Live Chat.**I am very frustrated and very annoyed at your Customer Service or should I say lack of service.**I see no reason why I should have paid forty pounds as the machine had a five years guarantee for parts and I had the additional security of the D and G insurance policy.**I would appreciate your early response.**Mrs M Dawson. * Bernard Terrace.
