I need help accessing my email address, [redacted], to verify my identity for a social media account. I have not used this email before and cannot recall the password. I need to access emails from Instagram for verification but have not sent any emails from this account. I want to reset the password as I am unable to recall any information about the account. I am experiencing difficulties with my two Microsoft email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] I am getting a message to verify my email address by completing a hidden part and clicking "Send code" to receive my code. The problem is that the first email is asking for a code from the second email, and the second email is asking for a code from the first email. I am struggling to answer the security questions correctly to earn the necessary 3 points. I have already spoken with a Microsoft email technician for assistance.

I recently purchased a new phone and used Smart Switch to transfer data from my old phone. However, I'm having trouble signing into my Hotmail email account on the new device. Despite trying different passwords and attempting email recovery, I couldn't verify my identity. The form I filled out requested details from recent emails and the subject line, which I could only provide with access to my old phone. I used to have a Hotmail email account under the username [redacted] When I set it up, I listed my husband's email for recovery. After separating from my spouse, I changed my password, but forgot to update the recovery details. My husband has taken control of my account via his recovery email for over a month now. Despite filing a cyber police complaint and their contact with Hotmail, I still can't regain access. Even with the right information, the recovery system isn't allowing me in. I once reached out to chat support, but they couldn't help due to security policies as only the password was changed, not the recovery details. One of the recovery emails is an old Gmail I can't access, now removed. I'm willing to provide identification to prove I'm the rightful owner. Looking for assistance in recovering my account and stopping my husband's misuse.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my email account [redacted] I forgot my password and do not have access to the linked email for account recovery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I relocated and faced password issues with my MS account due to memory challenges. The automated system denied my request for a new password, redirecting me to a paid service when seeking human assistance. As a disabled widow, being directed to pay for help felt unfair. Three days ago, I discovered that I was locked out of my Hotmail account. For the past three days, I have attempted to regain access using the provided methods. I have had to recall email subject lines sent to friends and family, alongside their email addresses, and provide credit card information for Microsoft purchases. After completing these forms, I repeatedly receive a message stating "Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
