I am unable to access my Hotmail account as I have lost my phone, and I no longer have the recovery phone number. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the email address of the last previous emails or the exact email heading. I have subscribed to Xbox twice, but my consoles were sold a year ago, and I don't have that information either. I urgently need access to this account. The same issue applies to my Outlook email account.

Hello! I received an email asking me to verify my identity. I tried to log in with what I thought was my password, but it said it was incorrect. I requested a password reset, expecting a text message with a code. However, after three attempts, I didn't receive any codes. I then tried my Gmail for a code, but I couldn't enter it because each time I logged back in, a new code was required. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?

My computer has been hacked by numerous IP addresses, accessing my email account ([redacted]) and altering my recovery options. Despite having access to my linked phone number ([redacted]), I am unable to reset my account due to repeated failed attempts. I have submitted multiple account recovery forms without success. This is causing me distress as I have important documents and flight reservations in my email, along with my banking information. I urgently need to regain access to my account. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience via the phone number linked to the account ([redacted]) or at [redacted] with instructions or a link to recover my account. Your prompt assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I accidentally blocked my email while trying to update my password and contact information. I want to set up Two-Factor Authentication to prevent this in the future. When I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating: "Your security info change is still pending; Your security info will be replaced after 30 days, on 12/11/[redacted]. But don't worry, during the waiting period you can still sign in and use your Microsoft account normally." Unfortunately, I can't access the recovery email linked to my main account. I urgently need access to my email. I managed to change my password, but I keep encountering the same message upon login. Please advise on how I can resolve this issue and update my recovery email to one I can access.

I am experiencing relentless harassment from an individual creating numerous fake email accounts and sending me 30 texts daily in a group message with 40 others. Despite my efforts with different authorities like Fraud departments, AT&T, and Samsung, the situation persists. I am seeking your assistance in investigating and identifying the person behind these abusive accounts as it seems no one else can intervene effectively. The fake emails this individual is using to contact me are listed below. I am unable to block the sender due to the group nature of the messages. Please let me know if there is any way I can help in resolving this issue. Thank you, Denise Kennedy.

I set up my [redacted] account around [redacted] or [redacted]. Over the years, I've moved seven times, including a relocation to South Korea and two moves within Germany. My most recent move was in early August [redacted] to Germany. I updated my phone number in the security settings, but it won't take effect until December 11, [redacted]. Even though I can still check my email, when I try to log in, it asks for a verification text to be sent to my old phone that I no longer have, which is why I updated my phone number in the first place. I provided my new German phone number, but I'm stuck waiting for the change to take place, and I'm being asked to verify my account through a text sent to my old number. This doesn't seem logical. I'm hoping for assistance in accessing my [redacted] account.

Hello there! I am having trouble accessing a Hotmail account that belongs to a family member. They have forgotten the password as the account was created a long time ago, and it is linked to an Instagram account. Despite our attempts to recover the Hotmail account using the limited information the owner remembers from signing up, it was not successful. We are seeking assistance in recovering access to the email and Instagram accounts. We are willing to provide any necessary proof or documentation to verify ownership. Please advise on how we can proceed to regain access.

I am having trouble accessing my Hotmail account because I forgot my password. I tried using the alternate email, but Microsoft requires a lot of verification information that I can't provide because my phone, which had the necessary emails, is broken. In the past, I didn't need to remember passwords because I used face recognition on my phone. I attempted to contact Microsoft for help, but they have moved all their support online. I am upset because I need to access my Hotmail for banking, and I suspect unauthorized withdrawals. I started with $[redacted], but now only have $[redacted] due to this issue. I believe they can't assist me because I don't have access to my Hotmail account and can't receive a password reset for my bank. I urgently need help as I have bills to pay and am unable to access my account.

Hello, I am the owner of [redacted], which I have been using since my time in London to join my ex-wife, Geetha. Unfortunately, she tampered with my Hotmail account. I am now unable to access my account as my recovery email might be sgeetsa@hotmail (not completely certain). This has been an ongoing issue, and with the recent loss of my Oppo phone on 10/11/[redacted], I can't log in. I have urgent work emails pending and with the current COVID-19 pandemic, I'm feeling lost without access. I need to regain control of my account to ensure it hasn't been hacked. I remember most of the security questions, but I'm unsure about the postcode of where the email was registered, either Wanstead Lane, Ilford, or Redbridge. Thank you for your assistance.

I was logged out of my Hotmail account yesterday on 12/2/[redacted], seemingly due to potential fraudulent activity. I can no longer access my account this morning. The phone number linked to my account has changed, and I am unable to receive a verification code via text. Despite trying my previous passwords and filling out the verification forms accurately, I still cannot regain access. I need to recover my Hotmail account ([redacted]) as I am expecting important emails today. I am unsure why Microsoft logged me out but believe I have correctly answered all security questions and provided information about past emails and subject lines.

I am facing issues logging into my alternate Hotmail account, [redacted] When I try to log in, it asks for a code from another account, [redacted] However, when I check [redacted], no code is received. I have tried to recover my account by providing all requested information, but they claim it is not enough to prove ownership. This has been my primary account for the past 3-4 years. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.

Hello, I have been receiving messages prompting me to upgrade my Hotmail account for a few months now. At first, the messages seemed suspicious, so I chose to ignore them. Subsequently, I started getting emails warning that my Hotmail account could be blocked from receiving further emails. I continued to dismiss these warnings. Lately, I've been inundated with notifications stating that my account will be terminated due to my lack of response to prior messages. Could you please verify the authenticity of these messages sent to me? Thank you.

When I was younger, I created an account with the email [redacted] which I used to set up my Facebook. Recently, in July, I accidentally triggered a security check which required me to enter my email. However, I couldn't remember my password, so I attempted to reset it. Unfortunately, after multiple unsuccessful attempts, my account got locked. Although I managed to reset the password, I am still unable to access my account. I ended up creating a new Facebook account, but I really want to regain access to my original one. To do so, I need to log into my [redacted] to retrieve the verification code sent by Facebook. It's frustrating that I've been unable to log into my Hotmail account for months now.

When I try to email any contacts at Customer David Weekley Homes, I receive an undeliverable message. Although I can receive emails from them, I am unable to reply or initiate an email conversation with them. The error message I receive states that the recipient's email server suspects my messages are spam. The message suggests modifying the content of the emails or changing the way I send them. If this issue persists, it advises contacting the recipient through other means, like a phone call, and asking them to whitelist my email address or domain.

Hello, my account has been hacked. It's asking me to recover my contacts from 4 to 5 years ago, but I can't remember. I only used it for work and study purposes. For example, if I have a Hotmail account, I only have the password and the email I used to create it, which is similar to [redacted] It said it's a derivative of the original email. Suddenly, I got locked out, and I need it for my studies.

I've been struggling to regain access to my hotmail account after it was blocked. Despite knowing my password and filling out the form more than 17 times, I haven't had any success. The phone number linked to the account was disconnected 3-5 years ago, and I can't recall the emails I sent or received. I do remember that I used the same email to create my Facebook account over 6 years ago. I'm desperate to access my account and prove it's mine. Please assist me with this as no one from your team has been able to help me so far.
