I have been unable to access my Hotmail account for two years now, and it contains important information. Despite numerous attempts to get it verified online, I have not received any assistance. No emails have been sent from that account for three years. I need access to this account. The Hotmail account is [redacted], and my current email is [redacted] My name is Tyger Jaxon. It's frustrating that the connection between the two emails is not recognized.

I am having difficulty accessing my long-standing Hotmail account linked to my favorite FV2 game and Facebook. Despite creating a new Outlook account for receiving codes, my stored password on my Mac is not valid. I have filled out recovery forms, but I am unable to provide my changed Metro PCS phone number. At 65 and disabled, I do not do online banking or bill payments. I rarely email anyone other than Zynga Games support. My hacked account led me to a recovery site that demanded payment. Before reporting this as online fraud, please provide assistance and clarification on how to regain access to my important account [redacted] I am also struggling to close the unnecessary new Hotmail account. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Valentina Tate. Years ago, I created a Hotmail account, [redacted], to which I no longer have access since I changed the email and phone numbers linked to that account. I used that email to access my Facebook and Instagram accounts, which have been hacked, and now I can't recover them because the verification code is sent to the Hotmail account. My request is to recover my account, and I can provide a photo of my identification documents with my name and last name if needed. Thank you. I hope to get a response.

Hello! My name is Lily, and I use the email [redacted] When I attempted to log into my account, I received a message stating that there was unusual activity or a security risk with my Microsoft account. They asked me to verify my identity and change my password, but I believe they sent a verification code to a phone number missing a digit. I tried to answer security questions two days ago but have not received a response yet. I urgently need to access my emails. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you!

Hello, I am currently facing issues with accessing my hotmail account, xhj928@hotmail, as it has been blocked. The related verification email account was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] by Yahoo itself. Due to these changes, I am unable to receive the verification code needed to confirm my ownership of the hotmail account. I have attempted the account recovery process several times, but as the account was created a long time ago, I am struggling to remember the necessary information. The Yahoo email linked to the hotmail account differs by only two letters from the original one containing ".cn," which should confirm my ownership. I kindly request your assistance in verifying my ownership through my new Yahoo email so I can regain access to my hotmail account. Thank you for your understanding and help.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook profile (Nina StoNe) registered with the email address [redacted] It seems I changed my password about three months ago but I can't remember it. I have been trying for several days to reset my password by following the "forgot password" process, but every time I request a verification code, it is sent to the aforementioned email address to which I no longer have access since it is an old email from about ten years ago with no attached phone number or alternative email. I have tried providing my personal information, old passwords I remember, and answering security questions, but it seems it's not enough to prove my identity and get help to recover it. I am desperate. PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO MY CASE as it is crucial for personal and professional reasons that I regain access to my Facebook profile as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your response. I am waiting in hope.

I have encountered a simple issue that I hope can be easily resolved. My brother, R. L., sent me some gift cards via email to my [redacted] address, which I have used for 13 years without any problems. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access the gift cards he sent, which were meant to help me. Upon investigation, it seems that the emails he sent triggered a security lock on my account. I tried to reset my password but was asked to provide more specific Email addresses and subject lines related to the gift card emails, which I don't have. I have filled out a form to recover my account but was told my information was insufficient. I can provide old passwords, identity info, and other relevant details to prove that the account is mine. I need human assistance to analyze and approve the account retrieval process and ensure I can access my account again. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated, not only for preserving my cherished "@hotmail.com" address but also to reassure my generous brother. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently forgot the password for my Hotmail account. After trying to recover it, I realized my old number was associated with it, but I now have a new one. The Hotmail account is connected to my Facebook, which I can still access. However, I am unable to log into anything else. I am hoping to regain access to my account as I would like to use it to play Xbox. Although it's an old account and I don't recall much, I do remember one of the old passwords. I also know the Xbox account name linked to my Hotmail. I simply want to recover my Hotmail for email access and Xbox use. To sum up, it's linked to Facebook, I have access to Facebook, and I remember one of the old passwords.

I tried changing my Hotmail email account password but got locked out due to multiple failed attempts. I usually store my passwords on my iPhone, but I accidentally deleted all my contacts, which made it impossible to retrieve the correct password. I have two Hotmail and one Gmail account that I can't access now. I need help bypassing the time-out and recovering my lost passwords without creating new accounts. I have important saved items in different folders that I don't want to lose. How can I link the new passwords to the old accounts without losing data? Thank you for any assistance! WarumNicht (PS: I can't access my old Hotmail account to check responses.)

I recently completed a thorough questionnaire to recover access to my old account, [redacted] I realized that I needed to provide additional information after answering the questionnaire. Unfortunately, due to memory loss, I am unsure of the exact creation date of my Hotmail account, which falls between [redacted] and [redacted]/[redacted]. These years were significant for me as I returned from Italy to Argentina as an 8-year-old boy. The transition was complex, with changes in schools, from Sesto Fiorentino in the Florence province, Italy, to Buenos Aires. I find it challenging to recall specific details given the limitations in the questionnaire's answers.

Hello, yesterday my old computer crashed, so I had to get a new one. Now, I am unable to access my Hotmail account, which I primarily use for receiving and paying bills instead of emailing. I tried filling out the form multiple times to recover my account, but I'm struggling with providing specific email and subject line details that they are requesting. This email is crucial for me since I receive messages from doctors and also manage communications for my brother who is battling cancer. I am feeling quite stressed about this situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When I attempted to log in to my secondary Outlook.com email account, a notification popped up stating that my account was locked and instructed me to click on "next" to unlock it. Upon doing so, I was prompted to enter the phone number associated with the account to receive a verification code. Regrettably, I did not update my phone number on the account after changing it months ago. What steps should I take to regain access to my Outlook.com email account?

My computer broke, and I purchased a new one. I've been trying to recover my email account [redacted] but I've lost the password. The recovery questions ask for details from emails on my broken computer that I cannot access. I created a new email account [redacted], but my old email address is linked to important contacts, gas, electric readings, etc. The new email is temporary until I regain access to my previous email. I've made several unsuccessful attempts to recover my old email.

Greetings, I am looking to set up a private company with newly created email addresses. Currently, I receive emails through my hotmail account as my website supplier forwards them there. Yet, when I respond to clients, I would like it to appear as if I am using my company's email rather than hotmail. Is there a feature that supports this? If I send an email from my hotmail account, can it display as if it was sent from my company's email? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Minghui

I am having trouble accessing my Microsoft account using my email [redacted], which I have had for 12 years. I usually log in automatically through Google Chrome. I urgently need access as I recently received vital information about the Chinese vaccine for COVID-19 from my friend Doug. I have been unable to log in for the past 2 days despite trying various passwords and even using a security key sent to my backup email. It's frustrating as I have important correspondences with my US Senate friend now President SSCHA, and my Israeli friend on HOTMAIL for over a decade. This issue with Microsoft and HOTMAIL is causing me to miss out on important interactions and is very distressing. Please allow me to log in promptly. My password is 83cpzBgA.
