Several attempts to gain access to my wife's account yet all the recovery emails come back that the account can not be verified. We have moved from Spain to England and now to Florida and for some reason the Hotmail's email account locked out her account of *****@***.com and we really need to access this account for two recent job offers which she applied for. This issue was not with her having the wrong password as it was set to the phone it was for Hotmail's security reasons that we can't access. *Please help to correct this issue!
