Hi. Today I tried to log into my Hotmail account as usual. But instead of letting me into my account, I received a message saying: it looks like someone else might be using your account. I clicked next and tried to verify it. It only gave me two verification option, which is sending a code to my phone or the other option saying "I don't have these anymore". Now the problem with the phone number code is that I got a new phone number, which means I don't have the old phone number that I registered so I couldn't get the verification code. I tried the other option and I am very sure that I filled in the validation form correctly, but it still says that I have insufficient information. I am able to provide you my old phone number as well as the new number for verification purposes. My email address is: *****@***.com. My alternate email address is: *****@***.com. I am very frustrated with your verification methods, there is always the possibility that we can change our phone number anytime. Since you have only this verification method, are you telling us that everyone who switched numbers are supposed to have their hotmail account banned forever? Please look into this issue ASAP as there are many important stuff that I have registered with this email.
