Hello, I am facing a serious issue and I am reaching out for your assistance with utmost trust and confidence. For the past two days, I have been unable to access my Hotmail account. The error message states that the Hotmail administrator could not verify my ownership of the email and mentioned the possibility of someone else using my account. This email account has been mine since [redacted], and I have been using it continuously without any problems. I realized that the only change I made to the security settings was back in July [redacted], when I updated my recovery email from [redacted] to [redacted] since my previous email was associated with my old job. I cannot understand why there is suspicion about my email activity. I have been consistently using the same PC for three years, initially in Saudi Arabia and now in Sudan. I also occasionally access my Hotmail from my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphone. Despite multiple attempts, I have struggled to recover my account due to difficulty remembering past passwords or security questions. I find it challenging to recall information from many years ago, given the numerous accounts and passwords one manages nowadays. I was shocked when advised to create a new account. This suggestion is impractical as it means losing access to hundreds of important emails accumulated over 19 years. It seems unreasonable to suspect my activity given that I have been using the same device for the past three years (and my IP address can be verified). My case number is [redacted]66, and I implore you to consider the situation rationally and restore access to my account. Losing this account would be devastating. I hope for a positive resolution. Thank you for your attention.

I need help accessing my Hotmail email account that my dad set up for me when I was younger. I can't remember the password or security question, but I can provide the location where it was created. After several failed login attempts, my account is now blocked. I no longer have the phone linked to the account as it was changed along with the phone number. Access to this email is crucial as it is linked to my Facebook account, and I need to retrieve important pictures and messages. Any assistance you can provide to help me regain access would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out if you require additional information.

My 67-year-old mother is trying to access her [redacted] email on her Samsung Galaxy but is unable to remember the password. The backup email set up by my 70-year-old father is no longer accessible due to either closure or forgotten password. She needs to forward emails to a new Gmail account but is facing password issues there as well. I've attempted to answer security questions twice, but the automated system deems it insufficient. I request either detailed instructions for a successful retrieval or a chance to speak with a representative. Please contact me via email for further assistance in resolving this matter.

I am unable to access my Hotmail account, [redacted], after my phone was stolen and my passwords were changed. I recall a few old passwords - shirleyann78, amanda78, and my secret question answer was "angel," my first dog's name. I was born on 24/11/[redacted]. My email contained important documents like my resume and emails from solicitors. Accessing this account is crucial as my Facebook was linked to it, and I have lost valuable memories due to not being able to sign in.

I have been receiving emails from Microsoft about unusual sign-in activity. Despite changing my password and recovery options, I continue to receive the same notifications. I attempted to contact the Hotmail UK number but have been unsuccessful. I've been locked out of my account for the past 9 days. I've tried verifying my account multiple times without success. I cannot access my Hotmail account ([redacted]) and it's affecting my studies as my lecturer is trying to send me important information. I've had this account for 15 years and have never encountered this issue before. I desperately need help to regain access to my account. I've tried to find a contact number to call but haven't had any luck. I created a Gmail account just to contact Hotmail, but I prefer to use my Hotmail account. Please assist me as this situation is extremely frustrating.

In [redacted], I deactivated my Instagram account using the email username [redacted], which was an old address. I then switched to using [redacted] as an alias. I now want help re-adding [redacted] as an alias so I can reset my password and regain access to my account. It's strange because in October [redacted], I successfully reset my password using [redacted], but I can't remember it now. When I try to reset it, Instagram says there is no user associated with the email. I'm not sure what to do next.

I have encountered numerous security problems with my Hotmail account. Recently, it got suspended. When I attempted to reinstate it, I received the following message: "Your Skype Account, along with its billing activity, has been thoroughly reviewed, and the Skype account is now linked with a Microsoft account (MSA). Unfortunately, once a Skype account is linked with an MSA, account recovery is no longer within the control of customer service. For security reasons, we cannot unlink the MSA or modify any security details." I am confused as to why my Hotmail email is related to Skype. Despite receiving emails about suspicious activity, I cannot access my Hotmail. I am considering deleting the account but want to ensure I won't lose my email folders. If possible, I would like to retrieve the emails currently in my inbox. Kindly advise on the available options. Email: [redacted]

I had trouble accessing my Hotmail account today. When I tried to log in, I received a message stating that someone else might be using my account. The verification process only allowed me to receive a code on my old phone number or select "I don't have these anymore." Since I have a new phone number, I couldn't receive the code. I attempted the alternative option and provided all the necessary details but it still didn't work. I can share both my old and new phone numbers for verification. My Hotmail is [redacted], and my backup email is [redacted] I find the verification process frustrating as phone numbers can change. It seems unfair that changing numbers means losing access to the account. I urge you to address this promptly, as many important contacts are linked to this email.

I unfortunately fell for a phishing scam and provided my passwords and security information. A friend assisted me in taking steps to minimize the impact and reporting the incident to the UK authorities through the National Fraud Intelligence Agency (crime reference no: NFRC[redacted]86). To prevent further unauthorized access, I have ceased using my compromised email accounts and now only utilize a new account: [redacted] I am unable to access my Hotmail accounts, so I've listed them here for deletion: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] 3. [redacted] Kindly confirm the successful removal of the mentioned accounts by replying to this email. You can reach me at [redacted] [redacted] in North Cyprus. Please disregard my previous landline number of [redacted] [redacted] as it's inactive. Thank you for your assistance. Cheryl French

I encountered power issues with my computer which led me to forward my Hotmail emails to my Gmail account. Hotmail's security protocol constrained me from accessing my emails on other devices, so I made the switch. However, during the forwarding process, I faced issues with security questions that seemed biased towards users who purchase products or use Skype. Consequently, I am currently locked out of both my Hotmail accounts due to this. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my accounts temporarily to forward important messages. Once resolved, I intend to discontinue using Hotmail altogether due to these longstanding inconveniences.

I have been using MY email account for a long time. It is crucial to me because it is how I communicate primarily with MY 12 grandchildren. I am 68 years old, and 10 years ago, I had a serious bike accident that left me with only 25% short-term memory. Every time you arbitrarily change MY Hotmail account, I become upset and frustrated. I wish that individuals with similar difficulties could opt-out of your "improvements." I am unable to edit contacts, add or delete files, search email, block email, among other things because of my memory challenges. It is not due to lack of effort or intelligence, but simply because I cannot remember complex steps and technical terms. I do not want a tutorial or to speak with a customer service representative. Many grandmothers I know share my sentiments. Please stop making our lives more challenging. Signed, Angry and Frustrated LaRayne Kayfes AKA Grammala, my favorite title!

I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my old Hotmail account. This email holds sentimental value as it was my first account, and I have tried to recover it unsuccessfully in the past. There are important old emails and data that I would like to retrieve. I suspect being locked out due to numerous password attempts. Previous attempts at account recovery were unsuccessful due to a lack of information, as I rarely sent emails from that account. I recall seeing a partial unfamiliar number associated with the account, suggesting potential unauthorized access. Despite this, I am eager to regain access. The email address in question is "[redacted]"

Hello, my name is Hector. I have a Hotmail email account registered under the name of Hector Peregrino. Recently, when I tried to access my account from my girlfriend's laptop (which I have done before without any issues), I was denied access due to security procedures. This email account is very important to me, and I urgently need to regain access to it. I understand the need for security measures, but despite providing as much information as I could remember to prove my identity and recover my account, I received an email stating that the account would be closed, suggesting that I create a new one. This is unacceptable to me. This problem occurs every time I travel, and I believe it is outdated not to have alternative solutions for individuals who move frequently between countries in this modern era. Could you please escalate this issue to someone who can assist me further?

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Hotmail account as I have forgotten the password. This email is crucial as it is linked to various accounts like Facebook, Snapchat, Dropbox, among others, and I have had it for over 20 years. The phone number associated with the account is outdated, and attempts to use the verification form have been unsuccessful. I urgently need access to retrieve important documents and reset passwords on other platforms. It seems logical to use my linked accounts for verification or even authenticate through Facebook given its longstanding association with the email. The email in question is [redacted] I am unsure of my next steps but would be grateful for any assistance available. Thank you, Heather Wright.

Last Friday, a computer company swapped out my hard drive as the old one failed. It's been a nightmare; I feel like a newbie online now. Struggling to log in to crucial accounts, especially Hotmail! It's been over a decade since I last entered my Hotmail password; I've forgotten it! Also unclear about the security details it's asking for? There are vital emails I urgently need to retrieve! I require my password - either a recovery method for it or a new one generated. This is urgent; feeling quite disheartened.

I have suddenly started receiving numerous emails like the ones listed below: 1. From: Chris Morgan <[redacted]> 2. From: Bob Punchard <[redacted]> 3. From: Nadir <[redacted]> 4. From: Yang Jiang <[redacted]> 5. From: Vick Vadalkar <[redacted]> All these emails are requesting to be removed from a mailing list, and it seems that whenever someone replies, the message is sent to everyone on the list. This is becoming quite frustrating as more of these emails keep coming in.

I have been trying to get in touch with you for 8 days regarding an issue with my new hard drive. After the hard drive installation, I am unable to access various important accounts, notably my hotmail account. I've relied on my hotmail for more than a decade and have not had to input my password for as long. However, with the new hard drive, I was prompted to enter my hotmail password, which did not work. I urgently need to regain access to my hotmail, but despite reaching out multiple times over the past week, I have not received any assistance in resolving the password issue. Additionally, I cannot recall the gmail address linked to the hotmail account, as I no longer use it.

I had trouble accessing my email on my iPad last year, even though it worked on my iPhone. Despite my correct password, I kept getting error messages. A friend tried creating a new account for me on their laptop, but it also got blocked eventually. I've been managing with emails on my phone until recently when I encountered issues there too. Even after attempting to fix it in Mail settings and with my daughter's help, the problem persists. I've had to rely on my husband for accessing emails, feeling lost without my own access.

I need help recovering access to my hotmail account, [redacted], as I forgot the password and do not have any recovery information. I am unable to fill out the validation form as I cannot remember the username or the date of birth I used to open the account, which was many years ago. This email is linked to my Facebook account, which was also hacked previously. Facebook requested a code to be sent to my hotmail account for recovery, but I cannot recall any details about the hotmail account. I have been trying to fill out the validation form for the past four days without success due to missing basic information from when I first opened the account. Can I receive assistance in recovering access to my email and potentially to my Facebook account as well?

I need help accessing my secondary email account, [redacted], as it prompted for security checks due to logging in from a different country without my registered phone. Despite answering around 90% of the recovery questions correctly, I was still denied access. I can provide specific dates and topics of emails, including tax documents, that match my primary account, [redacted] I also have the two previous passwords for this account. Can someone assist me in regaining access to my account?
