I have been trying to call Red roof Inn and Hotels.com but have not reached anyone to discuss about my refund. ... I am contacting about my booking in the Red Roof Inn (*** E. Route **, Williams, AZ *****) with confirmation number *************.**When we first checked in the room, it had dirty bedsheets, pillow covers, blankets and towels. So we asked for room change. The staff was too rude. But the second room was also the same. Since it was the middle of the night and we had nowhere else to go, we stayed there. But it was unbearable so we didn’t stay for the next booked day. When asked on the counter, we were told that since booking was done through Hotels.com, the refund will be processed through the site. Please provide guidance with the refund process, I have been trying to call since a few days but can’t reach anyone. I have called several times and now using gethuman.com service to talk to someone about this issue and to process my refund.
