The issue in GetHuman-jdbrad's own words
There were * bookings made for Friday March **th. One of the bookings was made in error. I only booked one room for * people and I got charged for * bookings. The clerk at the hotel where we stayed said that we could explain the situation to you and you can call the hotel and she will verify that we only needed and booked one room. She will authorize our refund and we can be reimbursed for the room that somehow got booked in error.
GetHuman-jdbrad did not yet indicate what Hotels.com should do to make this right.
