Booked reservation on March *rd through hotels.com for InTown Suites located in Hattiesburg Mississippi check in with March *nd through the *th according to the website check-in instructions on itinerary check in with from * p.m. to * p.m. I arrive at *:** p.m. on second day and was told by InTown Suites that my reservation has been cancelled. I have since received an email stating that InTown Suites will not pay for relocation because I was tagged as a no-show however I arrive at InTown Suites at *:** p.m. March *nd before * p.m. deadline I contacted customer service at hotels.com spoke with unknown female and she resolved the problem or at least I thought by booking me at a different property Residence Inn located in Hattiesburg Mississippi the reason for changing properties according to the customer service rep is because they were unable to get in touch with anybody at InTown Suites. It's arriving at Residence Inn in Hattiesburg I was informed by the lady at the front desk that she had no reservation or information from hotels.com reserving my rooms for a week I can contact the customer service at hotels.com spoke to someone and they did send my information to Residents in confirming the reservation however Residence Inn didn't allow me to check in I did not have my ID but I had a copy photo copy of my ID and I had to screenshot of the website at the DMV in Hattiesburg where my license a duplicate copy of my license had been shipped to me the day before I just haven't arrived yet I also had a copy of my social security card. I miss two days of work totaling about $*** in lost wages I had to come out of pocket for a weekly rental with no discounts and now they're saying they're not going to refund my $*** I really need this resolved
