I booked a hotel with hotels .com* It was at the Crown plaza in MN. We had to move rooms three times due to the room not being clean as well as several maintenance issues. We were told by a manager that we would get a full refund . We would just need to call Hotels.com . We booked the hotel with them. I have tried calling them four times. I was on hold for ** minutes the first time and ** minutes the second time. After reaching someone i was told that they couldn't find my reservation. I gave them al of the information I used to book the hotel. I told them that the hotel had the information why can't use find it. The hotel explained the process to me. Hotels.com will get refunded by the hotel after refunding me my money. The hotels.com will not be out any money. I'm very angry about this . It shouldn't be so difficult to reach someone on the phone and get this issue resolved.
