Daughter was in Europe studying when COVID ** hit and was forced to come home to US which affected all her upcoming travel to other countries. We have been trying to contact hotels.com about a hotel she booked in Iceland (Hotel Reykjavik) to get a refund but Hotels.com has not answering their phones...it just disconnects. The online stuff is robotic so you can't get a person to do a refund or anything. The phones and online options are not helpful. The automated system says it can't find her reservation under her confirmation number and email which doesn't make sense. She does not have an account with them so there is not other way to talk to them. Can you help?
GetHuman-sadleror did not yet indicate what Hotels.com should do to make this right.
