But a hotel stat ... I am due a refund of $***.** for booking * ************* under *****@***.com. I have tried contacting hotels.com about this but due to the covid-** restrictions their customer service is almost non existent. Last I heard from someone was the person who approved the refund TWO DAYS AGO. Who said she had PROCESSED AND COMPLETED THE REFUND. And that it’s up to my bank now. YET since it was a PayPal Cash card PayPal says the refunds credit the same day as its processed yet NO SIGN of the refund exists even in a pending state on my end in PayPal, and THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT NOW -IS- NON EXISTENT. email provided above is the same as should be used here. Desired outcome: TELL ME THE ACTUAL STATUS OF MY REFUND AND CHECK TO SEE IF IF IS PROCEEDING NORMALLY. If necessary convert it to a voucher for future nights elsewhere! Something! I am in an emergency situation!
