Hotels.com booking confirmation ************* - Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Allen*Fairview - McKinney**Hello,*I would like to tell you about my experience with Hotels.com and about your customer service.**** - It's very unfortunate that Hotels.com is charging more to their customer than the actual hotel rate! But hotels.com always says just the opposite. In my case the actual hotel rate was $***.** per night but Hotels.com charged me $*** per night. As a Gold member this is a shocking experience! Instead getting the lower rate actually I have been paying more. Next time I do need to think whether I am going to book my next hotel stay through the Hotels.com or not.**** For the above reason today I had two calls with the customer service and sorry to say that your customer service it's NOT up to the mark. I spent close to **-** minutes and requested to talk with the supervisor* manager about this incident but no body was available! As a Gold member I didn't expect that!**Please try to improve your customer service and definitely your service towards the loyal customer*s.**Thanks,*Manas
