Itinerary Number: ************ *I wonder if you can assist please. Last month I made this booking for * March for * night. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, we need to cancel. We were taking part in the Hatta Hills run on * March but my friend has been told by her doctor that she cannot run for * months due to medical*back problems. So we now need to cancel but understand the booking doesn''t have a refund policy?
