I made a reservation on the Hotels.com website and cancelled it the same day. The hotel I chose showed a cancellation policy of FREE CANCELLATION until a day or two before the trip (trip was ****-*******). I paid with PayPal and my PayPal account was immediately debited. But, within a couple of hours I cancelled the booking and only received *** of the fee. *Confirmation number: *************Aqua View Motel, Panama City Beach, FL*I have proof that there was a FREE CANCELLATION policy in place on that booking, if you need it.
