To who may concern,*I just released about this e-mail from the the hotel AM Schubertring from someone who introduced herself as a Vicktoria (without a Surname)asking me to pay three times more of the price that I’ve paid through the hotel.com or to cancel my reservation which it made me feel speechless at first, I really hope that you can find a*solution for this issues that I believe it was not my fault neither my duty*to resolve it.**Sincerely yours,**P.S: Since the **th I was contacting service customers online , chat and by phone with an agent who have promised me to update me about this matters but unfortunately I didn’t get any call yet, also a staff online through the chat assured me that an agent would have contact me yesterday and I’m still waiting.**Ana Masaki.
