Complain regarding our booking at Leonardo in Bat Yam Israel. Very very upset. We had paid extra for the Ocean view room as it is the most special day of the year for us (Yom Kippur), and wanted it to be perfect. When we arrived they put us in a room on floor * facing buildings. When we complained they said they had no ocean view, and that the description that Hotels.com had for the room was incorrect. We were so upset.**Secondly, we had booked Leonardo specifically because it had a Shabbat elevator. One of their elevators was broken so they said they couldn't activate Shabbat mode. This is ***% against our religious rules to use electricity and they refused to do it for us. This ruined our religious day as we couldn't spend anytime in the room because we had to walk up * flights of stairs, past garbage to get to our room. This is the holiest day of the year in the Jewish Calander, and I can't explain our pure disappointment in ruining this day for us**We, my partner and I book with Hotels.com all the time. Im not asking for a refund, but at least a credit of the amount we paid to stay (and couldn't stay) to our accounts**Much appreciated your time on this sensitive matter
