Hello my name is Jennifer shaw I booked a hotel room thru hotels.com and the next week cancelled in plenty of time and was still charged on my card for *** dollars I have been trying for the last month and a half to get my money back I keep getting the run around they keep telling me they are not the ones that charged my card and I know it was I have talked to the hotel and they made a perfect statement how can they be the one to charge your card when they did not have the information to do so because I booked thru hotels.com and said they absolutely did not charge my card so if you could help in any way I would really appreciate it thank you
That even tho they say they were not the one that charged me they had to be they were the only one with my card number
I want my money back
I have never used any of the services for cheaper rooms but I thought I would give it a try never again
I have contacted hotel several times and they insisted was not them that charged my card and have contacted hotels.com numerous times and they keep blowing me off and tell me they can not help me
I have an issue with Hotels.com too
