Due to construction, we had to move rooms at the Tucson Airport Hampton Inn the night of July **th, **** THREE times, and then were awakened at *:** by a ceiling dripping water in FIVE places! **As trip organizer, I was embarrassed that I had selected very poor lodging which had allowed us little rest.**We have been promised a refund by Hampton Inn.** Can you alert your customers to the problems at this hotel —and refund the Hotels.com portion of the charge to my friend John Ferrell, who paid it on his credit card?
