Last week my phone had a pop up saying my internet connection to the thermostat had been lost on ********** at **:**:** pm and I won’t be able to use the app until a connection has been restored. except I got this notification At *am in the morning on ***** and my thermostat wasn’t offline and never went offline. Since this error my thermostat has not been following the set schedule and has been setting “holds” throughout the day at various different temperatures as well as changing its status from cool to heat or to auto. I’ve tried calling the help desk * times now. Holding over * hrs at my longest and at least * hr the other times. I have yet to get through to an agent.
