I purchase * gift cards for Express valued at $***.** and $***.**, for $***.** and $***.**, and used those gift cards for * orders, of which * and * items were out of stock. The final charge for the * orders were $***.** and ***.**. However, when i checked balances on the * gift cards, the gift cards were invalid. I called Express and was told that the out of stock items were never charged, and should contact Honey instead. Please urgently assist.Thank you
