I received the recliner on November 8th. I ordered it on October 9th, expecting delivery in 1 to 3 days. However, the truck dropped it off by the road. Being 80 years old, I couldn't examine the recliner until someone helped me move it to my house, which is quite a distance away. Upon trying to get up after leaning back, I realized the only way to do so is by pushing with your legs forcefully. With artificial hips, I am unable to do this as it could dislodge them. The customer service representative I spoke with is unhelpful, rude, and even hung up on me. I would like the recliner picked up as it is not suitable for someone in my situation. This information about the chair's mechanics should have been made clearer on your website to avoid such issues.

When I placed this order, there was no indication that the item was out of stock. I was under the impression it was available and would be shipped within 5 days for the holidays. However, I have now learned it's on backorder after a week without any notification. Since it doesn't seem likely to arrive soon, I request a cancellation as stated on your website.
