I have * issues. First, for the light fixture I ordered, the glass shade arrived shattered. Even within the package, you could hear the glass pieces moving around. Do I need to return the whole thing? Should I just wait for a replacement glass shade? *Second, I need to exchange a different light fixture for another size, what is the best way to accomplish this? The item is largish and will need to be picked up. *Third, the *" screws I ordered to attach to the light fixture is back ordered and will not arrive until Aug **, which is too late. I would like to cancel these.

GetHuman-greatcan did not yet indicate what HomeDepot.com should do to make this right.
