My name is Miguel A. Moreno, I bought GE appliances on **** and **** at the Home Depot store ****, Parque Escorial, Carolina, PR: a refrigerator, a slide-in oven and top stove and a washer dryer combo.**The refrigerator's door and slide-in oven are oxidising* The refrigerator on the button side door and button side panel and top of door. On the stove the outside of the button drawer . I was told by the store manager that these are aesthetic damages and are not under guarantee. I was told to contact GE to place my complain. GE service visited my home and inform me that they could not repair the oxidising damage on the refrigerator and followed it by handling an estimate of the cost for just the door, the estimate is $****.**. The stove was not estimated and the washer appliance is pending to be serviced for the extreme noise it makes while is washing. **In the store **** where we bought these appliances informs us that we have to work our complaint through GE not HDepot. By this standard we become customers of GE and not HDepot. I'm a HDepot customer and and GE is your supplier* you offer their products to your customers. I bought their product at your store. By the aesthetic standards I must update my appliances every * years. I updated my ** year refrigerator, stove and washer dryer that where working for new appliances to exactly the aesthetic reasons. which in two years I must replace. **I want to continue being your customer, but products you offer must have a more reasonable aesthetic life, as your store manager explained. For ** years I had plain white appliances with no issues of oxidising and which I change for Stainless steel appliance at Home Depot with the confidence that the product's manufacturing material and their quality will last longer than * years.**We would upgrade to other products on the market that can give us the confidence of a product that will not oxidize. *We visited friends who have products for ** years that have not oxidize in PR, residences located on the vicinity of Hato Rey, PR.*I'm looking forward to find a satisfying solution on this matter and wait for the assurance that you will understand my complain and it can be resolved in a satisfactory manner.
