ORDER NUMBER WA*********I ordered a tub door on-line on * September and when I started checking on status ** September I saw that the delivery appeared to be only half way to the destination at store ***** in Albuquerque. When i looked at tracking details (***********) I found they said the delivery date was ** September and the status was DELIVERED. I checked with the local store and they said the delivery was changed to ** - ** September. I called the local store on ** September asking about the order. The customer associate said the door was shipped ** September and should have been in on the **th but the store had not received it and the status of the tracking details was unchanged (half way to destination yet status of DELIVERED). He said there was some trouble with the truck. The associate suggested I wait a day or two in case it was on the next truck. Today I checked the status online again and there has still been no change (half way to destination and status DELIVERED). I want to know where IS the door and when will it be delivered to the store.
