I have had an email from the owners accepting my reservation and one from you informing me that you have taken the deposit.*I have checked my account and *This is correct. *Kindly expedite the matter ASAP and I will accept your grovelling apology for your error.*This is not how I wanted to spend new years day.*Peter Bleakley
