Our issue was fixed. Thanks to the two people who helped us . Noom and Saphire were the only reason our vacation was saved. A big thank you to them and their great customer service. Tim and Sue Hartz

How GetHuman-hartzsue fixed the problem
Our issue was the owner who never showed up to show us his rental property after talking to him ** mins before we arrived. Sapphire from home away couldn't reach him either but assured us we would be okay. Put us up at Nice Hotel and gave us a case * to use the next day to settle our * day vacation. Called the next day and Noom helped us get another place at same price. He was so comforting and understanding . We definetly will use Home Away again.
