The issue in GetHuman-afrater's own words
Hi , my problem is that we booked *ngt break in August last year through you ,the first dates we asked for where declined by the owner, I later asked for new dates ,this time owner said the new dates I asked for where fine ,so yesterday I was checking to see if anything new about details of holiday coming up and to my dismay message from him saying we could not come and never have been booked he checked your site and you had us booked , but he never said we could have the dates even though I have a message from him say we could , he has sent part of the payment back but not been able to check that yet , The booking is in the name of Constance Lothian booking reservation ID HA-V*YH*D , it is very short notice as he sent message on **th April and the holidays start on the **th , I believe their is a guarantee if cancel under ** days which this is,
GetHuman-afrater did not yet indicate what HomeAway.com should do to make this right.
