We are trying to make the balance payment of a booking after paying a deposit. *Halfway through the deposit*balance payment booking process my wife's old email address was closed and we had to change accounts. **When my wife tries to login to Home-Away the system will not allow her to log-in and all attempts to change the password have failed. *The owner of the property concerned is stating that there is no deposit recorded against their property.**Can you please explain why the deposit is not recorded and visible to the homeowner for Property * ******** ?**Can you confirm receipt of our deposit of NZD $***.** made on ********* ?**Can you please transfer any bookings and deposit*payment records made from the account for *****@***.com to the account *****@***.com**If this is not the correct department to handle these account*payment concerns for Homeaway.com then please refer us to the correct persons.**Many Thanks **Tony Nikkel
