Legally in the Promissory Contract I must pass this rental money to the new owners. By phone I have been given different advice***.close account on DEED or sale day.. **. wait until ******* and telephone your company and ask for pay for booking arrangement.*Please advise as I need to be certain that monies owed will be sent to my account when clients have their holidays.
