Hello!**Yesterday (march, **, ****) my friend Egor Sergeev paid ***$ via*HomeAway.com*for booking an appartment at* *-**-* Shinbashi *********** Minato-ku, T*ky*-to ***-**** (Property ID ******** Reservation ID *E*BX-ARB*-ASKD) and also ***$ for booking an appartment at Minami, Osaka, Japan (Property ID ******** Reservation ID *E*BZ-CY**-BQZQ).**The owner of the both apartmens named travelmob.**A few hour's later I've recived a massage that my reservation in Tokyo request was declined by the Host. The same message about Osaka appartment I've recived today (march, **, ****).**But the money that paid are not returned yet.**When will your service give our money (****$) back? Do we need to do something to get them? Can you send us a payment document, that proves the service send money back?**The longer you'll hold our money, the smaller chance for our families to visit Japan you give us. We didn't expect that diclines and we have no money to book another appartment until you'll send our money back. And whitout booking any appartment we can't get Japan Visa, that's why it is very important for us to get my money back as soon as posible.**Hoping for fast money back,*Andrei Latyshev
