I had booked the Vue-*** in Louisville KY through homeaway my account was charged for the payment. But the owner never emailed me or answered their phone. I was not pleased at the fact that I would have drove down there and not been able to get a room because of the lack of ownership with company’s or individuals you do business with. I contacted your customer service department and they had no records of my reservation. I have email copies of the confirmation and the charge on my credit card. I would very much appreciate a timely reply and you to take care of the money that is owed to me. I would be gladly to send you proof of the charges. Thank you- Danielle Hausberger
