A knowledgeable cab driver was unable to find the property from the address supplied by home away and no reply was ever received from property mgt

The issue in GetHuman-oldrgr's own words
We never found the property and ergo never occupied it. We are seeking a refund of the $*** we paid upfront ... We had a booking in Dublin Ireland for * to ** Oct. but did not receive specific instructions for check in despite HomeAway.com saying it would be on their site. We spent over an hour in a taxi trying to find the property to no avail and had to find other lodging. I have opened at least ** chat windows with HomeAway, but could not find any “send” button to discuss my issue. Property ID was: ******* and Res ID was *************
Continued efforts to load property instruction failed, and I sent screen shots of the error msg to home away
We request a refund of our $*** since we never occupied the Dublin property
We have used home away* VRBO off and on since ****. This is the first time a problem occurred. We have five more bookings upcoming and all have already supplied us with critical check in information that we never received for the Dublin property even after msg’ing the mgt company
We have alerted our bank to file a dispute
I have an issue with HomeAway.com too
How GetHuman-oldrgr fixed the problem
