I was trying to understand what the conditions are for renting to a specific type of individual(s) due to respect for Japanese customs and the current laws concerning leasing apartments that have recently been enacted within Japan. Having someone understand this would be quite appreciated. ... My questions are rather complex but important. I would like to offer our apartment to European customers, not globally. I believe it is a wonderful deal for the quiet and sensitive individuals we are looking for at an appreciative price. However, we do not want to rent to anyone in respect for the neighbors in the apartment. This is why I would like to chat rather than make a phone call to one of the Home Away offices.
